Each sofiatabouche piece is made to order — crafted with care just for you. In some cases, we may have small quantities already in stock.

Please allow up to 7 working days (starting the day after your purchase) for your item to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s on its way.

Shipping costs for orders are automatically calculated at checkout.

We currently ship across Europe through La Poste, offering delivery options such as point relais and home delivery.

If you live within 5 km of our studio in Rennes, we’ll happily drop off your order for free — it’s our way to thank you for supporting local.

If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, contact us at hellosofiatabouche@gmail.com — we’ll make sure your piece finds its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your sofiatabouche piece.However, if something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Simply let us know at hellosofiatabouche@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
